Support Forum Policy
We provide support to our premium theme users both email and forum support. Premium users can email us at email@example.com or sign up for prioritized forum support. We also offer our support to free theme users via our support forum and WordPress.org support. However, the support provided to free theme users is prioritized below the premium users. So, the response time is unfortunately longer.
All of our themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License which means that there are no restrictions placed on its usage. Our premium theme license which includes priority support is valid for a single live website. However, you’re free to use the premium theme on as many development sites as you wish. That means you can run a copy on your live server for production purposes as well as many other copies on local servers.
Theme Support is about helping you to install and configure the theme along with bug fixing. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features.
Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
Theme Support is provided only from email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
We will check the emails usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24-48 hours during the support times.
